Don't Get Caught Up in the Discount!

Before you head out to Sport's Authority for it's closing sale, know the original retail price.  You see an ad stating all merchandise 10% off and think you are receiving a good discount.  However you may have recalled the prices when it was on sale at 25% off the regular price, preliquidation.

More than likely the prices will be set to its original retail price with a 10% discount rather than the 10% off the sales price.

Preliquidation/Regular Sale - $100 original price - 25% = $75

Liquidation Sale - $100 original price - 10% = $90

When shopping for real estate properties, with the help of a realtor, study the market beforehand.  Take into account a price decrease but don't get caught up with the "discount" since it may have been overly priced to begin with.

Feel free to contact me with your real estate needs.  I will be happy to assist you.

Have a fabulous day!
