Fix-It Request
Fill a maintenance request (fix-it) through your tenant portal OR our 24x7 Repair Line Center, they will fill out a request on your behalf. Or contact your agent if it is an emergency repair. Such as (eg. plumbing, active leaking, flooding, etc) *During the ~30 Day Transistion.
