Everyone on the developer’s team in Kihei Wailani Village appreciates your interest in this NEW Project.   As of June 30th, 2021, we have stopped accepting new Non-Binding Pre-Registration Notice of Interest. The target date for pre-qualification letters to be completed is July 15, 2021.

We are still working on getting our construction financing approved.  We now have two (2) lenders who have indicated an interest in doing the construction financing.  One of the lenders has given a verbal approval.  We keep supplying them with the information they request so we can obtain a final construction loan approval.  This is a lengthy and detailed process, but we feel we are making progress.

We thank everyone for your patience and hope you stick with us until the lottery date is chosen and from there we will be moving fast forward.
