Peterson's egg farm in Wahiawa has been around for decades. Friends tell me that the eggs are tastier and the white and yolk are thicker in texture than the Mainland eggs. I always thought an egg is an egg and they all taste the same. Being a egg lover I'll be heading there this week to test it out and will let you know how the taste and texture fare in my next blog!
