Hamakua Update

Hello, my friends! This is Gary Gentry coming to you with information on the beautiful Hamakua coast of the Big Island.

There are currently 26 vacant land parcels currently on the market.They stretch from just north of the Wailuku river and continue through Honokaa. They range in size from 18,000 square feet to just over 49 acres. Current price range starts at $59,000 and goes to about $1.3 million. The latest sale was for a 1-acre lot which overlooked Hilo Bay. This parcel sold for $385,000.
