Tips for Maintaining the Value of Your Home

With Hawaii's unique ohana living the water bill can be very costly. This simple technology can save you money and save our precious water sources. More than half  of the water used in most homes is attributed to toilet flushing. This is why the USA Energy Act of 1992 mandated that ALL toilets using 5+  gallons of water per flush reduce water uses to a maximum of 1.6 gallons per flush. Dual flush toilets help you use even less water. Its concept is simple: one button for solid waste that allows for more water and a second button for liquids that uses less water. If you are not in need for a new toilet you can purchase modification kits for your existing toilet.
