Tips for Maintaining the Value of Your Home: Kitchen Countertops

Concrete Countertops are the most costly material choice. They do stain and will show marks in the area you work the most.

Marble countertops is the only natural material available in white.  Everything stains polished marble. Honed marble is slightly more tolerant but you still need to be vigilant.

Granite countertops in recent years have been to go to for higher-end kitchen remodels. It is the most durable of most stones. It's difficult to scratch and tolerates heat. Most granite comes in medium grey to dark colors.

Quartz is a man-made product. It comes in a variety of colors including all white. It does not scratch or stain at all, which makes it a great selection for families with children.
