Waikiki Landing

A Waikiki development called "Waikiki Landing" at Oahu's Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor, headed by Japan-based developer, Honey Bee USA, has finally secured funding from an undisclosed private investor. This project will comprise of restaurants, retail and office space, wedding chapels, and a repair facility and fuel dock for small boats. Keith Kiuchi, the attorney for Honey Bee USA confirmed that they have received approval of the lease from the Department of Land and Natural Resources (land owners) as well as all the necessary building permits to commence construction. Waikiki Landing is projected to finish by fall of 2015.
