Kakaako Project Update: 400 Keawe

Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii along with Kamehameha Schools is working on yet another project. 400 Keawe is located in the heart of Kakaako and this particular project is different because it's not a high-rise, but is instead a low-rise condominium. One of the two buildings is a six-story low rise with 75 market priced units and one, two, and three bedroom workforce units, ranging from the high $300K to mid $700K. In addition, another six-story low-rise consisting of four floors of residential rental units and three levels of parking is in the works. The 88 residential units will include studios, one, two, and three bedroom units – all of which will be rented to middle-income workers and their families.
