Stay Hydrated, Hawaii!
Our cool weather has disappeared and it feels as if we are in for a hot summer.You keep hearing this over and over again to drink a lot of water. Keep in mind that when you realize you are thirsty drinking water may quench your thirst but your body may already be dehydrated. Keep replenishing your liquids throughout the day even if you are not thirsty.
