Hamakua Update!

Aloha friends. Well, the Hamakua coast continues it's popularity with two new land listings ranging from $280,000 to $600,000.
There are 8 new residential listings ranging from $349,000 to $675,000.

There are 5 new listings that entered escrow this week. They ranged from vacant Land $125,000 to $435,000 and Residences from $157,000 to $795,000. The Big Island remains still the most bang for the buck. And of course, if you want to find a waterfall property, the Big Island is your best bet!
