New Kapolei Mall?

Besides the new mall that is being built in Kapolei, Ka Makana Ali’I, another retail center is planning to enter the growing Kapolei City. A California based commercial real estate firm, Atalanta Realty Investments, is planning to develop “The Gathering Place”, a 55,000 square foot retail center. It will consist of 5 one-story buildings and 2 two-story buildings to be built and opened by spring of 2016. This 4.5 acre lot will be located at the intersection of Kapolei Parkway and Fort Barrette Road, near the new University of Hawaii West Oahu.
