Big Island Hot Spots: Rockin' 50s Diner

Another Big Island Hot Spot is Rockin 50's Restaurant Diner located on the eastern coast of The Big Island.  It is a cool restaurant adorned with vintage memorabilia and pictures of old classic cars, a retro gas station frontage, Fonzie bathrooms and Betty Boop characters.  Quaint, charming and pizzazz all at once!   It features a fountain area with stools, booths and tables throughout!  They also serve one of the greatest milk shakes on the island combined with waffle fries and an amazing Blue Cheese Gourmet Burger.  You can't go wrong!  Best of all is that while you are scarfing down your food, you are situated amidst the sweeping panoramic ocean views of Hilo!  It is fun and gets pretty busy, so best to call for reservations.
