It is Spring Break and the kids are traveling with their families or school groups. Passenger seats are very limited and sometimes oversold. The airlines will be looking for volunteers to give up their seats in exchange for travel vouchers or free round trip tickets. If you have the flexibility in your travel schedule let the airline agents know at the first point of contact because they may only need a few volunteers.
