There are currently 101 residential listings on the market. They start just north of Hilo town and go all the way to Waipio Valley. Listed price range starts at $125,000 and goes all the way to $26,500,000. Current listings with contingent sales start at $110,000 and go to $799,000. Current listings under contract range from $104,000 to $734,000.
Sold listings in the last 6 months ranged from $104,000 to $1,385,000.
