Peter B. Savio is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Savio Group of Companies including Hawaiian Island Homes Ltd. and Hawaiian Island Development Co., Inc. Peter has more than 40 years of experience in real estate development and sales in the Hawaii market. He was born in Hilo, Hawaii and raised in Honolulu. Peter received his BA in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate from the University of Hawaii, and has been a licensed broker since 1973.

Beginning in 1980, Peter founded Savio Realty Ltd. and subsequently its affiliated group of companies. Peter has a good understanding of real estate and the Hawaii market in particular. Peter has helped his clients realize the maximum return on their real estate investments.

Dana Kenny is the Principal Broker for all locations of Savio Realty Ltd. Dana has more than 35 years of experience in sales and management, and has been part of the Hawaii real estate market for more than 23 years. Dana also served in the military as a communications repair specialist with the 25th Infantry Division from 1974 to 1980.

Dana joined Savio Realty in 1989 and opened the Big Island branch office as the Broker-in-Charge in 1990, growing the branch from a one-man shop to an office with more than 40 agents at one point. Dana Kenny was born and raised in the islands of Hawaii, and he uses his local knowledge to manage all sales activity of the company, including the Projects and Lease-to-Fee Divisions as well as the General Brokerage Department for retail sales. He is also certified by the Real Estate Commission as a CE course and pre-licensing instructor, and regularly does training for real estate professionals.

Barry Kaplan is responsible for Savio Realty Ltd.'s Project Brokerage Division. Barry has more than 25 years of real estate sales, development, and property management experience. He has been in charge of marketing and selling over 1,500 condominium conversion units, new home sales and land subdivisions.

Prior to joining Savio Realty Ltd., Barry was President and owner of Prime Properties, Inc., Broker-In-Charge of Gentry Realty, Ltd. and Realtor/New Projects Manager with Property Resources, Inc. Barry received his BS in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Rider University in Trenton, New Jersey.

Derrick Fujisaki joined the Savio Group of Companies in 1985 as a sales agent. He has held numerous management positions with the company including Broker-In-Charge. Derrick's real estate experience has been in the areas of general brokerage sales, commercial property sales, project sales, leased fee conversions, and office space leasing. Prior to joining the Savio Group of Companies, Derrick was an accountant with Hawaiian Telephone Company. Derrick was also a loan officer at Hawaii Thrift and Loan (currently First Hawaiian Bank).

Derrick graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Economics from Wabash College in Indiana. He also received his MBA in Finance with a concentration in Marketing from Wharton School of Business at U Penn.

Wanda Quiocho is the Operations Manager for the General Brokerage Division of Savio Realty Ltd.  She has been with Savio Realty since January 1994, when she started as a Sales Secretary. Now, as Operations Manager, she oversees the operations of all three offices, located on the Big Island (2 offices) and Oahu.

Wanda was born and raised in Browns Mills, New Jersey. She came to Hawaii for vacation and then decided to make it her home - she has lived in the islands since 1989. She loves the feel of a small town. She worked for Island Title Escrow for three years before beginning her nearly 20+year career in the real estate field. She loves spending time with her family and their dogs.
