Make a Payment

Aloha, Tenant you may make a payment by paying online through your tenant portal. Go to My Account.  You may also pay by check, cashier’s check or money order. Or setup ACH payment via here –>Online Tenant ACH Form Sign Up or by filling in this form Tenant ACH Form PDF and emailing it back to sr_rentals@savio.com

Fix-It Request

Fill a maintenance request (fix-it) through your tenant portal OR our 24×7 Repair Line Center, they will fill out a request on your behalf. Or contact your agent if it is an emergency repair. Such as (eg. plumbing, active leaking, flooding, etc) *During the ~30 Day Transistion. YOU MAY FILL AN ONLINE REQUEST HERE AS WELL, HOTLINE IS BELOW–->Savio Realty Online Maintenance Form
