Mary Savio Medical Plaza is located at 98-1247 Kaahumanu St, Aiea, HI 96701, formerly known as Newtown Square in Aiea. The property includes an existing office building and a 490-stall parking garage is currently being constructed and near completion. Good news is the garage revenue will be turned over to the AOUO and owners of project, which in turn they can use the parking revenue to what they would like use it for such as lowering maintenance fees.
These offices are a GREAT OPTION for investors from outside of the field to be able to purchase a fee simple office space which they can have an existing tenant or lease out to a medical professional. If a Buyer would like to be an owner/user, this is a great place for them and as a medical professional they will be a part of a great mix of medical professionals in a one one stop medical facility.
