Koa Ridge

Koa Ridge, Oahu’s newest planned community will encompass 575 acres across from Costco Waipio and west of H-2 freeway.  Housing plans will be 3,500 single and multi family homes of which 30% will be affordable.  Upon full development 2,300 jobs will be created by healthcare services, office, commercial, and industrial facilities.  Neighborhood schools, parks, community centers, churches, retail stores and amenities will fill this community.  However, there will be a lot of open space, community and neighborhood parks, and ravines.
