The sunrise over Haleakala…
This is the view from my Lanai in Maalaea, Maui and it was taken at the Maalaea Kai. Due to it’s central location and peaceful environment, Maalaea is a favorite of both visitors and residents of Maui. There are several gorgeous properties in Maalaea – especially the Maalaea Kai, an area known for its awesome landscaping and beautiful putting green grass lawns. There is a park just a short walk away from miles of secluded beach. This particular shoreline is beloved by local families and their keiki as the water is very calm – the perfect setting for relaxing, swimming and enjoying the sun.
