The Department of Education provides bus services to numerous neighborhoods island wide for Hawaii public school students.
Students who are enrolled in a public school, Grades K-12 and reside more than a mile away from their enrolled school, qualify for regular school bus service. The approval process for the STS applications can take 4+ weeks. Parents need to make arrangements for student’s transportation to and from school until you receive an approval letter from STS and payment has been made.
